This web site is devoted to collecting materials concerning legal actions involving Scientology, an organization which has a history of bringing lawsuits against its critics. Commencing in 1995, Scientology organizations sued internet users and providers under federal copyright laws, claiming infringement of copyrights on the works of Scientology founder L.Ron Hubbard. Those actions have continued and expanded throughout 1996.
