DDW for W: Settings matter?

Hi Gentlemen,

I'm experiencing some problems with the excellent DDW
server, I was wondering if it could be a matter of COM
port settings, does anybody know if it is important to

Hallo Stefano, you don't have to make any changes on the Windows settings of
the COMs. DDW initializes the Port and sets the parameters. However, if you
are experiencing problems you should double check that "direct access" is
enabled in the DDW setup menu.
What are your problems?
