Hallo Michael

I have tried version 0.2 of win-erddcd. Only it does not work.
- Power On/Off works but power keeps falling away and comming back at
regular intervals.
-I have the same problem with the switch decoders as with Erddcd.
 The old marklin K83 work. The lenz decoders work so now and then.
 Trains I cannot run because of the power drop outs.
 They accept the speed commands as far as I could have tested it.

I have to write this in english. My german is not good enough for writing. I
can read it without any problem.
