New release TFKISS 96/10/15 (release date 96/10/20)

There are only two small changes to the former release:

- If compiled with newer compiler/library TFKISS ended with a
  segmentation fault after start: variable with name 'time' renamed.
- The socket to TNT now can be an IP-socket. Now TFKISS can run on a
  different host as TNT (available from TNT V0.9s on).
