Newsgroups: alt.religion.scientology Subject: Erlich Court Dates, News From: inForm@primenet.com (Rev. Dennis L Erlich) Date: 7 Jan 1997 21:47:04 -0700 Faithful Reader, Now that the parade season is over and my current employment runs out, it seems I am coming to the end of a transition. A number of factors indicate that there will be a major change in my life. There is a chance that I will find continued employment at KTLA. (perhaps in the news dept!) They seem to appreciate my reliable, organized work-habits, direct approach to and follow-up of tasks, and mild, helpful personality. Can't say I blame them. I've worked very hard to overcome my scieno-induced personality and become the person I have. Anyway ... we shall see, said the blindman. Next, I have an important hearing on the San Jose censorship case, Jan 10th (this friday) at 9am in front of Judge Whyte. The hearing is relating to a motion for a change of venue to LA. The case never should have been in front of him, to begin with. If the case is moved to LA, I will be able to assist in my own defense and attend the trial. If it is not, I will not be able the 'cram' the jury into understanding the cult using the cult's own written and taped dogma. (woof!) On the following Friday, Jan 17th at 8:45am in San Diego, the scienos will again attempt, with the help of my venomous ex-wife Rosa, to place YHN into the custody of the County of San Diego - where her new husband is a Sheriff - for a period of 40 days (and nights) despite the fact that I have made every required support payment since Rosa crawled fumunda her rock to assist them (the scienos) in getting Whyte to issue the unconstitutional writ. The scienos have spent about $25k trying to get me put behind bars for failing to pay child support during the time my ex was hiding Holly from me and depriving me of visitation) Coincidentally, January 17th is my daughter's birthday. Won't it just make a wonderful birthday gift for her if the cult and her mom can get her father jailed? Happy birthday, Holly! I am in my new home (826-A Fischer St., Glendale, CA 91205) and plan, as time permits, to tell more of my story (including the Otto Roos mission, Dean) within the next few weeks. Feel free to e-mail me with any questions. My answers will preferably be public. So much for news. Keep up the good fight! And be well. Rev. Dennis L Erlich * * the inFormer * *
