I enlisted the help of a Scientologist I admired greatly, for his competence at application and knowledge of his materials, to help me resolve the out-exchange situation between the Church and me. He's an OT VIII, Class VIII auditor. I requested his help because ALL avenues on Church lines on which I sought resolution were met with policy violation, referral and abandonment. I put together a file folder about 3/4 inch thick containing copies of all letters, knowledge reports and related info and sent it to him. I got an e-mail message a LONG time afterward saying that he just "could not wrap his wits around" the situation or its status, and wanted more some information. Then one day he called and said there was a Flag mission or tour in his org and they had the job of resolving Chaplain cycles, and would I was to talk to the Flag Public Chaplain who was there? This was another in a long line of referrals, but I said okay because the chaplain was on a mission to clean these things up. It was Sergio Mora. I could immediately tell he was resistive to logic and was making justification as to why the Church couldn't just pay me, and he needed "verification" that I even did the work, and other such. This, mixed with communication cuts and other absences of standardness. (Communication skills are one of the FIRST things one learns in Scientology and it's one of the first overts of omission one commits against Scientology when he reverts to pre-Scientology "communication" methods despite having learned better." He also didn't listen. If "we are the auditors of the world" then listening would be a primary function. Without it, one is *disfuntional* as an "auditor." I mentioned to Sergio that Laurie Engelhart was the person instrumental in my hiring and arrival at the Flag Land Base to do work. He said she was now the Captain of Flag Crew. I said if he talked to her, she would vouch for the quality and extent of my work, and the hiring agreements, etc. The guy I had requested the help from, called some weeks later and asked how it went. When I told him Sergio, nor anyone else from the FLB, contacted me, he said he would contact him and nudge a response. He also said Sergio had read the entire content of the file folder. This latter, of course, was encouraging, but I never heard anything from any of them again. This is not surprising since Laurie Engelhart, a representative of LRH, via the Commodore's Messenger Org and the Flag Service Organization, hired me through an APPROVED "mixing practices" policy violation, reneged on the deal, then would not then get and keep Scientology working in her capacity as in-charge of restorations, Commanding Officer FLB or International Landlord, which she was later promoted to. In the other positions of higher authority, requests were made of her to handle this situation, which resulted in her "playing dumb" or not replying. It's no wonder she is now demoted back to the post of Captain FC. So, since she, on behalf of FSO, Inc., with its approval and sanction, committed larceny, and that act has been acceptable with EVERY Church terminal I've sought correction of it from, could I really *expect* one of them to assume the identity of a TRUE Scientologist and actually correct it? No. Here's what California says larceny is: SECTION 484 LARCENY (a) Every person who shall ... knowingly and designedly, by any false or fraudulent representation or pretense, defraud any other person of ... labor ... or who causes or procures others to report falsely of his wealth or mercantile character and by thus imposing upon any person, obtains credit and thereby fraudulently gets or ... obtains the labor or service of another, is guilty of theft. Labor: 10,000 hours of highly skilled, professional industrial arts technical application. Fraudulent representation or pretense: "We always deliver what we promise." "You'll get room, board, about $30 a week allowance, one day off every two weeks and 2.5 hours a day enhancement (consisting of Church services) according to your technical individual program." "This is *FLAG* - we have a regular enhancement schedule." "Church Policy will be the determining factor in the execution of the contract or the resolution of any disputes arising from it." (etc., etc., etc.) Report falsely of wealth or mercantile character: "Flag is the Mecca of Technical Perfection." "If you do your job, you'll go up the Bridge, because Flag delivers the whole Bridge." "Everyone in FSO is an auditor." "This is the top Sea Org org - the elite of the elite." "If you are Clear we can deliver ALL the OT levels." Of course, they only made 2.5 million dollars a week. And the FSO auditors would only audit paying public. The fact that I was paying thousands of dollars worth of work "didn't count" - my measley $3025 next step was not available to ME because I was not "public" - I only worked there. But I WAS public to LRH. According to him, to the Sea Org, a public is "any and all non-Sea Org contacts." In a nutshell, the Church says, "We deliver LRH's brand of Scientology." to induce people to come in and pay for some of it. They do deliver that to some people. But, in instances where they DON'T deliver that, they act like it did not happen, and use the instances where they DO deliver that to "prove" that they do. The people who DID get LRH's brand of Scn. vouch for the fact that they "do" deliver it, and consider anyone saying that they don't deliver it (having not done so to him or her) to be "wrong" or a "liar" or an "anti" or some such. The won't even LOOK at the possibility! But if they REALLY delivered LRH's brand of Scientology, they would correct those instances where it was absent, thus living up to the concept of "LRH's brand." -Ken-
