Newsgroups: alt.religion.scientology Subject: Erlich Legal From: inForm@super.zippo.com (Rev. Dennis Erlich) Date: Sat, 16 Aug 1997 00:45:56 GMT -------- Faithful Reader, Monday morning at 10 am in San Jose Federal courtroom 7 in front of Magistrate Edward Infante, MoFo will argue for a motion to compel the scienos to produce the following documents, originals and people for deposition: May 1982 Family Trust Agreement May 1982 Advanced Tech License 1993 IRS letter Originals of all the works at issue in Elrong's own hand RTC works at issue in the course packs first issued without copyright notice NOTs indoc materials all agreements with David Mayo Notary Logs for transfers other original documents the scienos produced bad copies of Depositions of Sherman Lenske, Norman Starkey, Ryland Hawkins, and Mary Sue Hubbard. The Summary Judgement opposition motion filed today was the result of a massive round-the-clock effort by a whole team of fine, dedicated lawyers at MoFo. The out of pocket costs that MoFo has laid out in RTC & BPI vs Erlich for copying, transcribing, plane tickets, and real expenses have at this point out-paced donations to the defense fund by $42,099.20. Donations can be made by mail, make checks payable to: Morrison & Foerster 425 Market St. San Francisco, CA 94105 Attn: Carla Oakley - Dennis Erlich Defense Fund Thanks, Rev. It is 1/2" thick and includes all of the above and more. If I were to post the details of it, I would be weakening or forfeiting my attorney/client privilege. If you don't want to contribute, I suggest you don't. MoFo and I will muddle through, somehow. >Perhaps Dennis would be willing to describe >his living conditions. I would be very surprised if he were living in a >mansion. Not a cent of the money sent to MoFo have I seen, nor will I ~ever~ see. I live on unemployment insurance and money I borrow from friends and family to make up my monthly cash flow shortfall. My residence is a tiny one-bedroom back house in a racially mixed, middle-class neighborhood of Glendale. I sleep on a piece of foam on the floor. My furniture is from thrift stores or other people's discards. I drive a tiny honda civic hatchback that I borrow from my parents. Mostly I ride a bike or walk. My rent was due yesterday and has not been paid. I also have unpaid bills. The scienos have attempted (and are still attempting) to prevent me from being or becoming employed by contacting and dead agenting me to past and potential employers. I suggest if you don't really want to help, don't. I will survive without your assistance or your accusations of misappropriation. (not directed at you, Rod) Rev. Has this already been denied or is the >decision pending? > This was denied several months ago. Despite the fact that Erlich, RTC, and BPI are all based in LA, and MoFo has offices down there, Whyte denied the change of venue. He felt the convenience of having all these cases in the same court outweighed the cost to the litigants of coming up here. Interestingly, only Netcom has their home offices in San Jose (and, I'm pretty sure, representatives in LA), while Klemesrud is also in LA. I think it was to get the cases out of the LA area (and Judge Real) that they sued Netcom in the first place, otherwise there would have been no cause to file the suit in San Jose. And now that Whyte has it, he ain't letting it go. I just hope these cases take his career down with them. ======== Newsgroups: alt.religion.scientology,alt.support.ex-cult Subject: the sliem never stops From: inForm@super.zippo.com (Rev. We met at a hearing he had in San Diego. She tried to talk to Rosa, to reason it out. Of course, there was no reasoning, since she's under orders. His mom is a really nice lady, she doesn't deserve this. -- Rod Keller / rkeller@voicenet.com / Irresponsible Publisher Black Hat #1 / Expert of the Toilet / Golden Gate Bridge Club The Lerma Apologist / Merchant of Chaos / Kha Khan countdown: 9 to go Killer Rod / OSA Patsy / Quasi-Scieno / Mental Bully
