  The California Supreme Court just refused to hear
  Scientologys appeal in the Wollershiem Slapp case,
 
  They returned immediately the 'REMITTUR'
  so that Wollershiem may begin collecting the
  $260,000 plus costs awarded to him as sanctions
  for this frivolous new law suit.

  Normally it takes 30 days to get a REMITTUR,
  the Calif Supreme Court turned it around in
  2 days......

  Wollershiems attorneys are now searching through
  Cof$ of Calif records as ordered by the Bankruptcy court.....
