Subject: Xenu is a mommy!

I came home from work at 5:30 today and Xenu was not at the door to greet
me.  Nor did she come when I called her.  Instead, she had crawled to the
farthest point underneath my bed and had begun to give birth when I found
her.  At that point in time she had given birth to three kittens
(Marcabs?).  I have never had one of my cats give birth before (they've
always been fixed) so I went and fetched my downstairs neighbor.  We moved
the bed so we could get at her and then moved her to a box and put her in
a dark, quiet closet (it's one of those sliding door closets so Xenu can
enter and leave through one side while the other side is dark), she had
two more.  Three of the kittens are dark gray tabbies and two of the
kittens are light gray tabbies.  Considering Xenu's size, she was carrying
a lot of kitten in her.

Xenu seems to be doing fine, if just a little overwhelmed with all the
attention.  (The neighbors downstairs came up to look at the kittens.)
Through all of this she has been very good to me, even when we were moving
her around.  No biting, scratching or other mother-protector type
behaviour was exhibited.

Anyway, just thought everyone would like a Xenu Update.
