This office building was previously leased to the Ugly Duckling used-car company; since July 1997 it has been leased to the Ohio-based Shepherds of Christ Ministries, a catholic group. The window effect has been discovered in 1996. This picture was taken by me on early morning Sunday, December 6, 1998.
Updates: the three upper windows were smashed on March 2nd, 2004. Two months later, 18-year-old Kyle Maskell was caught. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and $2100 in damages. The window was replaced with a picture of Jesus.
