for STO-EX and STO-STOP

1. Take one STO-EX out of the package and open it on the wide side so that one paper-tongue of STO-EX is up and the other hangs down (Pict. 1).

2. Lift up the stoma-bag and put the upper tongue of STO-EX between your body and the bag. Fix STO-EX with the clamps on the right and left sides of the stoma-bag (Pict. 2).

3. Put the long end of the STO-EX into the toilet bowl. Lift the exit of the stoma-bag straight up. Remove the clip (In case that the exit of the stoma-bag is closed by a glue-stick you should bend both ends inside to avoid destroying STO-EX).

4. While keeping the exit of the stoma-bag in upper direction, put the second paper-tongue up in order to cover the stoma-bags exit. (Pict.. 3).

5. Lower the stoma-bags exit and emty the bag.

6.Flop back the outsice paper-tongue and start cleaning the exit of the stoma-bag.

7. If you use a clip to close the bag you´re able to put a STO-STOP to cover the exit of the stoma-bag before closing it. Wide the opening of STO-STOP with your fingers and put it over the exit. Now you can close the exit how you´re getting used to it.(Pict. 4).

8. Remove the clamps wich fix the STO-EX on the bag and throw STO-EX into the toilet bowl and flush it away. STO-EX will melt after a short time in the sewer.

Note: In case you like to scour your stoma-bag with water you can do that also under use of STO-EX.
