To subscribe, so that you can send and receive messages by e-mail, send a completely empty message from the e-mail address which you wish to be used to:

You will receive instructions from e-groups about how to unsubscribe (it's very easy) and some other things. You will be asked to confirm your request to join and to introduce yourself.

If you wish to, please post comments about the Open Forum model to the discussion list, tell us about your experience, about alternative models, share publications, announcements and news.

For technical reasons the discussion list's "home" at eGroups has the title "citizens resolve".
