Somehow the divisor is not correctly set.
When I look at an other console, with erddcd running on console one, at the
divisor it is still at 1. Normally this would be at 0, why 0 and not 1 I
don't know. When I set the divisor to 7 myself on an other console the whole
thing works. So the baudrate of 38400 seems to OK only setting the divisot
the way you do know doesn't work. I didn't had the time to look at the
specific code so I can't help you with this for the moment.
