Since April 15, 2004 I am working as a freelance financial consultant in Berlin. As an expert for financing and securitization I team up with the Berliner Institut.

Until 31.12.2002 I was working with Deutsche Kreditbank Berlin in the projectgroup "Privatization of real estate in Eastern Europe" and at the main office in the division Real Estate Clients/ Housing Companies.

My tasks were risk controlling and conrolling of the real estate subsidiaries of Deutsche Kreditbank. The evaluation of concepts adressing the restoring of weak housing companies laid witihn my responsibility.

From September 1996 until November 1999 I was working as a financial consultant with BBT Treuhandstelle des Verbandes Berliner und Brandenburgischer Wohnungsunternehmen. The financing of housing companies was my main task there.
